EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy — Tabea

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it with a working one, free of charge. We don't offer cash refunds, and we don't accept exchanges for any reason other than a product defect.

How to request an exchange:

1. 1 Photograph the item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery, clearly showing the defect and the outer packaging as received.
2. 2 Send us the photos along with your order number.
3. 3 Once we review and confirm, we'll prepare a working replacement and ship it to you at no extra cost.

Not covered by this policy:

• Change of mind, or requesting a different size/color
• Damage caused by misuse after delivery
• Reporting a defect more than 24 hours after delivery
• Items that have been used or had any part/sticker removed
